Terms of ServiceLast updated: August 16, 2026These terms cover your use of workautomation.ai (including install.workautomation.ai) and any service you buy from us. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to them. They're written by Brilliant Concepts, LLC ("we," "us").1. What we offerWe provide AI leverage services for business operators:The AI ROI Diagnostic. You complete our intake, and we deliver a personalized assessment of where AI creates real leverage in your business, with a recommended starting point.
AI Agent Install ($497 per workflow). We build and install a working AI workflow on your tools, typically within about 48 hours of having what we need from you.
Custom work (from $997). Larger or non-standard builds, scoped and quoted individually before any work starts.Each service is a one-time engagement, not a subscription. We'll always tell you what a service includes before you pay.2. Our guaranteesWe stand behind both paid services, plainly:If your Diagnostic doesn't give you a clear, usable picture of where to start with AI in your business, tell us.
Install: runs or refund. If an installed workflow doesn't run as agreed, tell us within 30 days. We'll fix it, and if we can't get it running, we'll refund that install.To claim either one, email [email protected] with a short note on what's missing or not working. Give us the chance to make it right first; that's the honest deal behind both promises.3. PaymentPrices are in US dollars (USD) and processed securely through Stripe. Payment is due before work begins unless we've agreed otherwise in writing for custom work. You agree to provide accurate billing information.4. What we need from youOur work is built on what you tell us and the access you give us. You're responsible for the accuracy of your intake answers, for having valid accounts with the third-party tools your workflows run on, and for keeping your own credentials secure. If a delay on your side holds up an install, the timeline moves with it.5. What's yours and what's oursEverything we deliver to you (your diagnostic, your report, your installed workflows) is yours to use in your business, without restriction. The methods behind the work (our frameworks, templates, prompts, diagnostic systems, and know-how) remain our intellectual property. You may not resell, republish, or repackage our deliverables or methods as your own product or service.6. What we don't promiseOur services are expert work, not a guarantee of a business outcome. Your results depend on your business, your data, and how you use what we build. Workflows run on third-party tools (for example Shopify, Klaviyo, or Stripe) and on AI platforms like Claude; we don't control those tools, their pricing, or their availability, and we're not responsible for changes they make.7. ConfidentialityWhat you share with us in an intake or an engagement is used to do the work for you, and for nothing else. How we handle your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy.8. Limit of liabilityTo the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party tools outside our control. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.9. ChangesWe may update our services and these terms over time. If we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site or buying a service after a change means you accept the new terms.10.
